Locate 55 main acupressure points on the major energy pathways of the body (Strange Flows), to facilitate energy balancing,
general relaxation, and release of chronic muscle tension along armored segments of the body. Qigong exercises and hara breathing
techniques are incorporated.

A study of the 12 Organ Meridians, their interrelationship and traditional emotional and attitudinal associations. 10
clearing, balancing treatments given and received as we locate additional acu-points on organ meridians and practice point
combinations, active listening skills, and pulse reading.

"Five Elements" theory of energic inter-relationships in planning specific acu-point combinations. Location
of additional assessment points (Source, Luo, Tonification, Sedation, Mu, Shu) to enhance and improvise local/distal point
combinations to relieve bodymind stress and restore balance.

Practice body focusing techniques, trance states, and fundamental counseling skills: active listening, conscious and unconscioius
levels of communication. Learning simple skills for dealing with feelings and images which may arise during Jin Shin Do sessions.

Tuition is subject to 4.17% Hawaii state excise tax.
Class registration includes class handbook, JSD color coded chart, and Jin Shin DoŽ Foundation membership dues. Sara has
all text books available for sale on site or order from the Jin Shin DoŽ Foundation, or purchase from your local bookstore,
or online, if available.
